Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy

Civil and Geoengineering Letters is committed to providing equitable and broad access to high-quality research. In order to support authors and encourage contributions during the early development of the journal, no publication fees will be charged until the end of 2025.

Beginning January 2026, an Article Processing Charge (APC) will be applied as follows (exclusive of any applicable taxes):

• Research Articles: €200 (or equivalent in local currency)
• Research / Technical Notes: €150 (or equivalent in local currency)
• Short Communications: €50 (or equivalent in local currency)

The APC is payable by the corresponding author only after a manuscript has been peer-reviewed and formally accepted for publication. No submission fees are required at the time of initial manuscript submission.

By adopting this model, the journal ensures transparency, sustainability, and global accessibility through its Gold Open Access publishing policy.
